This project was born out of curiosity and research into the medical real estate property industry. A fascinating industry filled with a few strong key players. Through my research it came to my attention that a lot of visual identities for these companies were outdated and lacked a proper digital presence for today. With that in mind, I took it upon myself to attempt to make an idenity for a company starting out today with an aim for younger investors, to portray reliability and trust. The icon was derived from a location pin and it's name aventurine, a 6 sided gem. Pieces presented are for a corporate environment showcasing the logo on small and major pieces to show its flexibility on media.
